Head chef patron Philippe Wagenfuhrer at Forum Homini took Marcus on a tour of their organic vegetable farm. Marcus got to pick fresh vegetables to be cooked for lunch later on.

Marcus experienced more of the culinary diversity in South Africa and took a trip to Giovanni’s – the Italian cheese maker. Marcus learned how to make cheese and taste South African wine with Philippe and Giovanni.
