1. Instructions on "How to Enter"; form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all persons aged 18 or over except employees of the South African Tourism (Board), or the agencies or companies associated with this competition.
3. The Promotion commences on the 3 September 2009 to 23 September 2009. Entries close 23 September at 12h00pm South African time.
4. The draw will take place on Friday 25 September 2009 and the winner announcement will take place on the 28th September 2009. In addition to that, the winner will also be notified by telephone or email, their winner experiences from their trip will then be posted on the Sho’t Left Facebook Fan page: www.facebook.com/shotleft
5. To enter participants must refer three friends (by means of submitting their email addresses on the entry page that appears on the Sho’t Left Website)
6. The winner of the Promotion will be determined via a draw.
7. There are six sponsored by prizes which comprise of accommodation, on bed and breakfast basis, leisure activities and transfers to and from the airport to the hotel for the winner and three friends.
8. The winners will receive their prize of for him/herself plus 3 friends, inclusive of an leisure experiences.

11. The prize is not valid for school holiday periods or South African public holidays or during the festive period.
12. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
13. Winner and persons travelling with them must have valid Identification Documents.
14. The Prize does not include transfers to the nearest capital city airport of departure, medical expenses, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature, some meals and beverages, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner's sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. The prize does not cover regional flights or any flights/accommodation or other costs associated with travel to/from your place of residence to point of departure. Any costs associated with returning to your place of residence and all other ancillary costs other are at your own expense.
15. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian and the participant must be accompanied by their parent or guardian in redeeming the prize.
16. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary in order to distribute a prize to the same any prizes unclaimed by due date. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by phone and mail.
17. In the event that one or more of the prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the use of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the participant to automatically enter repeatedly are not valid and will not be accepted.
21. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Your personal details will be collected for the purposes of conducting the competition and may be disclosed to a third party for the purposes of assisting the Promoter with this competition.
